Delivery policy

Our delivery process often involves trusted third-party partners depending on your location and distance.

We are committed to ensuring the safe delivery of our products to our customers. Please understand that our local deliveries are managed by reputable third-party vendors and our own in-house team. Although we take great care in packaging, we cannot guarantee complete protection against damage during transit, as it depends on the practices of the delivery personnel.

If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at askorvana@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. Please provide clear pictures of the product and its outer packaging, along with the order ID. We will do our best to resolve any issues either by replacing the package on the same day or making up for it in your next delivery.

While we strive to provide the best assistance possible, please understand that refunds for products damaged during delivery are not guaranteed. Additionally, delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as local transportation delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events. Your understanding and patience are highly appreciated.
